All of my colorways are guaranteed colorfast. Yarn is washed & rinsed after it is dyed to make sure there is no excess dye on the skein, but it is always possible for some excess dye to remain. Simply rinse your project (separately) with a gentle detergent (I like Soak brand) in lukewarm water. Repeat this process as necessary until water runs clear.
I want each of my customers to love the yarn they receive as much as I do! However, due to the nature of hand dyeing I can not accept returns for color discrepancies. I do my very best to ensure all colorways are represented accurately by taking photos in a few different lighting settings. It is very unlikely that the skein in the photograph is the skein you will actually receive unless it is an outlaw colorway. All though I do my best to match each skein in a colorway it is nearly impossible for each one to be exactly the same. If you plan to use more than one skein for a project I highly recommend alternating skeins every few rows.
Please message me within five days of receiving your package if you have any concerns. Returns must be received within 10 days after approval for an exchange. Return shipping is at that the cost of the buyer. Returned item must be in original skein with band intact.
I cannot accept returns on skeins that have been balled, caked, or knit.
Each skein of hand-dyed yarn will be unique. If you are planning to use more than one skein for a project it is best to alternate between 2 skeins every few rows.
